This Cancellation & Refund Policy (\"Policy\") governs the terms under which AddFirmo handles subscription cancellations and refund requests. By purchasing a service on our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1Yasal Dayanak (Cayma Hakkının Bulunmaması)
Under Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Turkish Law) and similar international regulations (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m)), the Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period) does NOT apply to:
\"Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.\"
Since AddFirmo services (Membership, Premium Features, Ad Placements) are activated effectively immediately upon payment, they fall under this exception. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable once the service activation has commenced.
2Abonelik İptali
Gelecekteki masrafları önlemek için yinelenen aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman iptal etme hakkına sahipsiniz.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel via your Dashboard > Settings > Billing page or by contacting support.
- Effect: Cancellation stops the *next* auto-renewal. It does not refund the current period.
- Access: You retain access to your paid features until the expiration of the current billing cycle.
Global Note: For users in the EU or UK, by purchasing our digital services, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the contract once the service has been fully performed or download has started.
3İstisnalar (İsteğe Bağlı Geri Ödemeler)
AddFirmo, tamamen kendi takdirimize bağlı olarak aşağıdaki belirli senaryolarda geri ödeme yapma hakkını saklı tutar, ancak yükümlü değildir:
- Technical Failure: If a technical error on our end prevented the service from being delivered (e.g., your listing never appeared).
- Billing Error: If you were charged more than the advertised price or charged multiple times for a single period due to a system glitch.
Non-Refundable Scenarios: Refunds will NOT be granted for: "Forgot to cancel," "Did not use the service," "Company closed down," or "Dissatisfaction with the number of leads received."
4Ters İbraz Dolandırıcılığı Politikası
Geçerli bir şekilde teslim edilen bir hizmet için ödeme sağlayıcınızla ters ibraz başlatmak veya anlaşmazlık başlatmak, dolandırıcılık olarak kabul edilir. Bu gibi durumlarda:
- Your account and all associated listings will be permanently banned.
- Olayı ilgili kredi bürolarına ve dolandırıcılık önleme veritabanlarına bildireceğiz.
- Fonların ve ortaya çıkan anlaşmazlık ücretlerinin geri alınmasını yasal olarak takip edeceğiz.
